RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Northern Nikawa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it to arrange a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Some returns may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, unless otherwise agreed to by Northern Nikawa. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you have any questions or concerns about our return and exchange policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Northern Nikawa offers a No Hassle return policy. You may return any product purchased except special orders within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned products must be in new condition, suitable for resale in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Some returns may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, unless otherwise agreed to by Northern Nikawa. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Should any product require return due to a shipping error of Northern Nikawa, we will provide return shipping information and cover all return shipping costs. All other returns are at customer's expense.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). To request an RGA number, please fill out the RGA request form by clicking here. Requests will be responded to within one business day and you will receive a response indicating either the approval or denial of your return request. If your return request is approved, you will receive an RGA and instructions on making the return. The RGA provided must appear on the outside of any packaging as well as any paperwork included. Only items with an approved RGA will be accepted.
